which includes : The breakfast, lodging, hotel service, taxes,
the transfer from the Airport or the road station or train station
to the ryad on the arrival. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
Exemption from payment for a child of less than 10 years in the
room of the parents (an additional bed one place without supplement).

Moroccan traditional cook. The meals must be booked before 9 in

We do not propose alcoholic
drinks (wine, aperitifs, etc.). However you can acquire in the

The booking by telephone should be confirmed by fax or E-mail
24 hours before your arrival.
PAYMENT
DOWN
PAYMENT: 50% of the amount of the stay on the booking. BALANCE
: 15 days before the beginning of the stay.
Payment either by euros cheque at the order of Mr. Michel FAYSSE or
by banker's transfer on our bank account in France (Send us the transfer
banking form within 48 hours).From abroad the transfer's charges are
at your charge. Bank account number addressed on request.You can also
pay and regulate with bank credit card after our prior agreement (Give
us in guarantee the name of your bank,the number of your credit card
and the validity date).
The totality of the amount of the stay must be regulated for the booking
of last minute or only confirmed 15 days before the beginning of the
stay.At reception of the down payments or the total amount of your
stay the booking is definitively recorded. We will address a " VOUCHER
", receipt which will be booking certificate mentioning your Names
- addresses - dates of stay (arrival departure) - number of people
- stay amount, versed down payments and balance due.
We
will address you a access plane (you can see it on our Web site) as
well as informations in order to help to prepare your stay. For that
send us your postal address.
The
meals or extras taken in Ryad (meal, drinks etc....) are to be regulated
on the spot with the person in charge: In cash (Dirhams or in EUROS
€ or by cheque only in EUROS € (established to our order).
CANCELLATIONS
Refunding
of 50% of the down payments since the reception of a mail, a fax or
an E-mail of cancellation:
21 days or more before your arrival date (for the EEC and MOROCCO)
31 days or more before your arrival date (EEC out)
61 days or more before your date arrival (Christmas- New Year and
Easter)
If not loss of the down payments.

will put all works with the team of Ryad DAR KAOTAR for the success
of your stay.
KARIM will help you to organize your stay. He can book for you : Typical
Morrocans restaurants, folklore spectacles, cars rental or 4 X 4,
visits with approved guides, excursions, visit and purchases in the
souks, golf, swimming pool, hammam, etc... These services are to be
regulated directly with the concerned people receiving benefits. MALIKA,
the cooker and the chambermaid will ensure the service throughout
your stay (breakfast-meal-etc...) and HOCINE the night watchman will
take care on you each evening.
